* The regular ticket includes the on-site participation in the conference sessions, lunch and coffee break refreshments as well as access to the online conference platform. The participation in the Open Lab @Fraunhofer IWS is also included.

** The student ticket includes the on-site participation in the conference sessions, lunch and coffee break refreshments as well as access to the online conference platform. The participation in the Open Lab @Fraunhofer IWS is also included. During the registration process, you will be asked for proof of your status.

*** The online ticket includes the virtual participation in the plenary and technical sessions on Nov 30 and Dec 1 and access to the online conference platform.

Access to the on-site conference as well as to the online conference platform will only be granted after successful receipt of payment.

Registration Deadline

Cancellation Policy

We will charge 50 € for cancellations by November 15, 2023. For cancellations after this deadline, the full ticket price will be charged.

Conference registration and payment is handled by our service partner, DGM-Inventum GmbH. The link to the registration portal is provided in the blue box. Please select the appropriate registration button on the starting page of the portal:

In the course of registration you will be asked to create a personal account for the DGM registration portal. Please note that the email address and password you use for this purpose also serve as access to the online conference platform.

The Online Conference Platform will open one day before the event and will be accessible for all registered attendees (on-site and online tickets).

• Networking with other participants

The platform will remain open for 2 weeks after the conference, with all contributions available on demand.
